To Dal Lake
On the same day, in the afternoon, we visited one of the most popular lakes in Kashmir, called Dal Lake. This is mostly known for its lakeside shops and the beautifully decorated rooms on boats.
Shopping at the Floating Market
The afternoon was very enjoyable for us as we were in a boat on Dal Lake, exploring the shops and browsing various products like bags, dresses, etc.
Dinner on Boat Hotel Cuisine
In the evening, we checked into a boat hotel and after a bit of rest, we felt hungry. They arranged Halal food for us on the boat, including vegetables, chicken, and rice. The food tasted awesome, exceeding our expectations for boat hotel cuisine.
We spent some time on the balcony, but it was very cold, so we couldn’t stay for long. The next morning, we flew to Kolkata just to do some shopping.
Overnight Stay on a Boat, Dal Lake
To truly experience the beauty of this Place, you must stay at least one night on one of these boats.
